As an officially registered non-profit, public benefit organization which also is financially dependent on sponsorships and donations, the Nongqai Trust needs to be careful about what it publishes, in terms of civil legal liability (copyright infringements and libel / individual privacy), criminal law (crimen injuria, and not disclosing official secrets or covert operational methods, sources and technology) as well as public administrative law (not giving grounds for our non-profit PBO status to be revoked based on perceived party-political partisanship).
